Growing up, I deeply struggled with self-confidence, constantly seeking validation from those I admired or perceived as important. I had daily battles with body image and lacked self-compassion or confidence. I often found it difficult to resonate with the concepts of self-love, self-compassion, and self-confidence which left me feeling disconnected from those around me and doubting my own worth. I perceived others as important to God, but I couldn't see that same value within myself.

Everything changed when I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. It was there that I discovered a profound and life-altering relationship with my Savior. This relationship became sincere and tangible, something I cherished deeply. I began to understand and believe in my divine potential and individual worth through His eyes.

Since then, my passion has been to help others—especially young girls—discover the same life-changing relationship with their Savior. I want to guide them to see their divine identity and worth, just as I learned to see mine. My mission as a life coach is to help young girls find a deeper meaning to their lives, beyond the fleeting validation of social media and temporary friendships, and to walk confidently in their true identity.

As a certified life coach through the Life Coach School, I have the education, knowledge, and tools to empower young women to achieve this transformation. With personalized coaching, we will work together to break through obstacles, build lasting confidence, and create a life filled with self-compassion and renewed purpose. I am dedicated to helping each young woman I work with unlock her divine potential and step into the life she is meant to lead.
